SketchBot Experience  

By participating in this experience and having your photo taken, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

I hereby grant Snap 360 Studio LLC and its affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos of myself taken during the experience, along with sketches of my likeness, for all purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, and publicity, without compensation.

I understand and agree that these materials may be used in various print and digital formats, including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials, worldwide and in perpetuity.

I further consent to receive emails and other correspondence from Snap 360 Studio LLC, and its affiliates at the contact information provided by me (including but not limited to name, email, phone number, etc.) for the purpose of receiving updates, promotional offers, and other relevant communications. I understand that I can decide to opt out of receiving emails or other correspondence at any point.

I hereby release Snap 360 Studio LLC, its employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future arising out of or in connection with the use of these materials, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the right to enter into this agreement. If I am under 18 years of age, I confirm that my parent or legal guardian has read and understood these terms and conditions listed above and has provided consent on my behalf.
